As a Darkov monster slayer, Martin has a natural-born sense of monsters/blatantly evil forces. It manifests most commonly as a kind of scent – faint, but unpleasant, increasing in potency the closer he is or the more dangerous the source happens to be. He also sometimes experiences a kind of skin-tingle the closer he gets to it.

Monster and evil are very different terms for very different worlds, however. He's only known the evil of his own world, after all; who's to say it's the same everywhere?

Anyway, this is an opt-in for those who wish their character to have that telling scent. This includes (but is by no means unlimited to) those possessed by something evil like a demon, ARE demons, have devoured human flesh, have some sort of magic or supernatural ability that can be categorized as "dark," etc.

I'm also willing to negotiate some kind of scent trigger for powers that aren't actually bad at all! Different worlds, different scents, etc. One more layer separating people from different worlds from really connecting. It could be interesting!

To opt in, all I need to know is what character, why they'd be detected, and how strongly you feel their power could be sensed.
